.PDF versions of the Jetty documentation

Title pretty much sums up the request. I wasn't able to find any .PDFs on the websites. Most times I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for, and searching by keyword is really effective.

I don't see a way to be able to do this on the website. I believe there is any easy way to produce .PDF using Asciidoc.

The documentation is currently a single HTML page.

You can search by keyword using your browser's ctrl+F in the same way you would do in a PDF document.

We are working at restructuring the documentation and deploy it on the new website, and it will have search facilities out-of-the-box.
