Request to add Portmaster

Portmaster is a free and open-source application firewall. It would be great to have Portmaster available in Devbox.

Not a maintainer — end user like you — but pretty sure this isn't on Jetify's end.

If it's not already packaged for nix, then you have to either rely on the OSS community or Portmaster themselves to do so.

With that said, since it's written in go, shouldn't be a terrible lift to get it uploaded to nix's repo.
