Cut a new release

Some changes have been merged in since e78700d8d12244152772f1f259284768c1ed47c0 (0.0.10 release hash). Can you cut a new release that includes them?

It would be great to get the fixes from PR #49 that fix a major issue when the multibranch functionality of the Git or Bitbucket plugins are used. We ended up having to use the manually built version provided by hogarth until we can build our own or a new release gets cut. https://github.com/jenkinsci/scm-sync-configuration-plugin/pull/49#issuecomment-273456696

@dragon788 I've had to do the same thing - I simply built it and am using a home-built version.

I just got bit by #49 too. Did this project get abandoned again? It would be great to get this released, I guess in the mean-time I'll give this a try.

it seem the project is really inactive. Anyway, if u need to quickly grab the latest release. It's here scm-sync-configuration.hpi.zip

remove zip extension then it should works.
