[JENKINS-16300] Dashborad plugin shows 2008R2 / 2012 connected slaves as offline

all slaves of 2008R2 & 2012 that connect using JNLP display as disconnected although they are connected.

I just add a screenshot , it marked 39 slaves as Disconnected slaves althoght they are connected using JNLP
