if you uninstall letsencrypt from the docker engine then you can't reinstall it

we have discovered a bug in the lets encrypt addon.

if you deployed a docker container or swam cluster with lets encrypt. everything works fine.

but if you delete the addon you are not allowed to install it anymore

in the manifest.jps dockerengine is not listed with the target Nodes. if you add it you can install the addon again
