Integrate Webfeeds for better Feedly integration

Integrate Webfeeds as per this Feedly blogpost and Mark Mitchell's article

I've also updated the readme describing the values

@dylmye Hey! This is neat – I also use Feedly. One concern I have is the longevity of this change. Are these attributes common? It would be helpful to have a universal standard for this that we could rely on so we know it's not a feature we're adding only for Feedly.

Hey @parkr , so this is the (not very well documented) standard Webfeeds. You can see the documentation here: http://webfeeds.org/rss/1.0 . According to the domain whois information, it's run by the CEO of Feedly Edwin K. You can see I didn't integrate some fields; these things aren't very well documented. The two links are pretty much what I based this on.

I understand the desire to add features that don't just benefit Feedly but it's pretty difficult to find documentation for enriching data for other RSS readers AFAIK. I would assume that other readers implement webfeeds support to maintain compatibility and feature parity with Feedly. What I can provide is other projects that have implemented Webfeeds, if that helps:

Flipboard doesn't use webfeeds but I don't think we support their media format: https://about.flipboard.com/rss-spec/

Hey sorry that I never caught this.

I totally understand your concerns with adding a poorly documented standard. It would be great to loop in someone from Feedly - I will try to do so.

In the meanwhile, if you're still interested @parkr I'll make the requested changes :)
