Fixes issue where the savedUri rotation was incorrect Along with builder and sdk updates

A problem occurred configuring project ':example'.

failed to find Build Tools revision 23.0.3

Please update to use the latest build tools

@jdamcd , @Lawgrin Any update on this pull request with this rotation fix. My Problem is, When choosing the picture through gallery(Pictures taken through device camera) and after cropping it the cropped image is not retaining the actual orientation. Hope this pull request will fix my problem.
