Just to update the thread, premium implementation is at #2.

The premium function is partially implemented; yet there is still an issue with `SHOW_CAPTCHA`. See https://github.com/znck/grammarly/issues/107.

Update thread 1, after cc0461d7776def2007dcb903467df096ccdba723 commit will now uses virtual lines instead iterate through the buffer line. Its a lot more faster without touching the real display to rendering engine...
