how to acieve pull up to refresh

HI, I found your Examples are refreshed by user pull from the top of the screen. how to achieve refresh by pull from the bottom of the screen, I mean how to trigger load more data from server when user pull from bottom when we arrived the end of the tableview or collectionView?
