Use `hello = Basic Hello World template` as the default option when creating a new JBang Script

When the a new JBang script is created, the default chosen option is agent which is rarely used by JBang script creators. The default should be the hello template

Imo It should be blank so it picks the configured default rather than hardcode to hello.
