Review (and fix) security issues

Bandit reports that we have potential security issues with the use of mark_safe.

Affected locations:

• templatetags.mixpanel
• templatetags.performable

This should be reviewed and fixed.

When this is fixed allowing the Bandit check to fail should be undone in the Travis configuration.
