for now, i think running targets one at a time and seeing what works/doesnt and fixing them is a good start. then can decide on the taskfile part later if...

We lost a few contributors to sig windows this last quarter and are re training folks to take this on again . We are still working on completing the implementation...
I'd still like If we can somehow submit these.... so yes I'd like to leave it open .
