react-native-obfuscating-transformer Update npm version

The npm package is not updated with the latest code found here and it doesn't work with the new React versions.

It doesn't seem that we're lucky here... I had to update my app and it was broken again with new RN verision (0.64). Already fixed that and will add a PR soon.

So, if we don't have anyone to release this: is the only option to use javascript-obfuscator as mentioned in https://github.com/javascript-obfuscator/react-native-obfuscating-transformer/pull/15 or are we able to get this re-deployed with another id - e.g. react-native-obfuscating-transformer-clone ? We may find some more people helping maintaining this or at least redeploy it if necessary.

@ds300 any chance a new version can be published to npm? A critical PR was merged a few months ago (https://github.com/javascript-obfuscator/react-native-obfuscating-transformer/pull/45) and would be fantastic to have released.
