Error infernal.

I installed Infernal according to the manual. But there is an error message saying that error occured while building Covariance Model (CM) from it. image

Is it possible to share the input sequence or .sto alignment file to reproduce the error?

In fact, this error occurred when I ran the ./run_spotrna2.sh sample_run/6ufj.fasta command. I am sorry for late reply.
