Secondary Directories - Not returned

I have the server set to index multiple directories, but it only appears to be returning results from the first directory back to clients. This seams to be intermittent and sometimes restarting the server fixes the issue

It looks like an issue related to files that are on an NFS share. The initial scan finds all the files, but the watching then thinks the files have all disappeared so disables them
