The code which affects line-numbers does nothing unusual, and does not set the font size. https://github.com/greduan/emacs-theme-gruvbox/blob/6cbf80b6cde3c2390502dc94a911ab7378495249/gruvbox.el#L174-L178 So there _shouldn't_ be any reason for Gruvbox.el to be affecting this. ~~Please provide...

Note, verified that 29.3 reproduces the behavior with Gruvbox and not with another randomly selected theme (which also uses autothemer.)
