How to use Hyperscan on an ARM64 image?

Will Hyperscan be included in the ARM64 image?

I think the adapted version of Hyperscan for ARM64 should be Vectorscan.

Typically I'd wait for it to be available in the repos, in this case that means AlmaLinux 9 repos.

There is some activity on packaging to replace Hyperscan, but I'll revisit after some time and consider building it from source if needed.
