I managed to shrink the image to its reduced size as we had first (around 3,2 GB when using CPU acceleration) It was caused by the `pip install -r requerements.txt`...
Open points: - CUDA 11 / 12 selection - compute type tests (int8; float16)

@tjbck will add the keys without the updated locale JSONs. You can run the parser by yourself afterwards. The locale conflicts are driving me nuts.
