bug: macos build does not allow disabling GPU

Describe the Bug

any model fails to start. In the setting there is no options to disable GPU and use CPU only. This option could fix older macs running OpenCore Legacy Patcher.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. run on an older mac with Intel HD graphics 3000 with macos 15 installed via OpenCore Legacy Patcher.
  2. run any model which will fail not fing GPU
  3. Go to settings ->Hardware, you will not find a GPU section as on Linux version to disable GPU.
