bug: color picker and assistant emoji not display properly

Describe the Bug

The color picker in the customization panel does not open / display properly, and the assistant emoji selector also fails to render or respond.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings > Interface > Select Color Picker Icon
2. Or go to Assistants > Click Add/Edit Assistants > Click Emoji
