bug: MCP Server exposed prompts not available

Describe the Bug

If a MCP Server exposes a prompt it should be selectable and thus usable in the Jan UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add GH remote mcp server https://api.githubcopilot.com/mcp/
2. Can't reference the AssigntCodingAgent prompt

In Jan the MCP server Prompts are not listed and also not referencable via slash command (as in vscode, cursor or claude)
