📋 Summary Move the Assistant Menu from its current location into the Settings panel for better organization and discoverability.

• Relocate the Assistant Menu (currently accessible via sidebar / header context).
• Integrate it as a new section or tab inside the Settings page.
• Include related options such as:
• Assistant personality / behavior

💡 Rationale

• Centralizes all assistant-related configuration in one place.
• Reduces clutter from the main UI.
• Matches user expectation — “assistant settings” should live under “Settings.”
