bug: No Logging for 400 Status Code

Version: v0.7.2

Describe the Bug

When I run my first call to kimi-k2-thinking at Novita, it works fine. When I run a second, I get a 400 error:

If I switch models, it works so I assume it's something on Novita's side, but nothing shows up in Logs to help me identify the request to assist Novita support.
