feat: Jan Mobile has Jan provider

Problem Statement

Jan Provider has now only available for Jan Web by default. Enabling Jan Provider and allow connection to Jan server from mobile should be a strategic move to leverage the onboarding process on mobile app and demonstrate the current development state of Jan server

Feature Idea

• Enable Jan Provider on mobile and desktop FE extension
• Bypass the CORS policy that currently blocks the guest-login from localhost from Jan RUST BE.
• Choose Jan provider as the default right on the chatscreen
