idea: Custom style

Is it possible to have custom styles for the message texts? For example I want to change the style of italic em element with opacity: 0.2 or so. And in general the strong white text in dark mode really hurts my eyes. I mean, when I look away, the text is still burned in my eyes. ^^ Anyway, I think custom css for that would be the best solution because it's highly customizable where you (pre defined) or the user (modifications) can do anything we want. Easy to implement and powerful. Will maybe kill futher requests. The custom CSS must be loaded at last as an override. E.g. just a link style. Example:
