docs: `jan.ai/api-reference` docs are behind `http://localhost:1337/docs/`

• http://localhost:1337/docs/static/index.html is correct
• https://jan.ai/api-reference/#tag/Chat/operation/createChatCompletion is wrong and too manual to maintain

Short term, maybe we can hide the api page? Long term, maybe we can update CI once we cut a release with Jan Server, s.t. local docs push directly to api-reference
