Excluding dust & burned UTXOS

This is a suggestion/ question more than "issue", sorry to put it here as the only place for possible interactive response.

»»» Would u benefit from separating dust & burned UTXOS in a separate set? I mean u take snapshots hoping the requested ones r in there, which is withdrawal of say M from the total N UTXO set, omitting a portion with almost zero probability being the needed ones definitely increases ur chances? Am I right in this or I'm getting something wrong? . Thanks (Clarifying answers r most appreciated!)
