Gene Markers?

Open mattbawn opened this issue 8 years ago • 4 comments

Is there a way to highlight genes in an annotation .gff? i.e. having an X or asterix instead of a line?

THanks,

Matt

Not currently - although we used to show a grey column under the gene (where the recombination blocks are) when a gene was highlighted / selected. Would this be of use?

Is the width of the column wider than the length of the gene? as the problem Im having at the moment is that they are too faint in the annotation pannel. If so then I think that would be useful.

thanks

I'm not sure I completely understand - could you post a screenshot? thanks

Sorry for the delay in reply I was away. The lines in the red dashed box represent genes I wish to highlight but they are too thin too see clearly so I was wondering if there was a way to add an X as a marker or something similar?
