Hi @korinalb - phandango needs a tree to work (https://github.com/jameshadfield/phandango/wiki/Input%20data%20formats#phylogenies-trees), even with ROARY data - if you drag on a newick tree with the ROARY csv file things should work....

Hi @mariemh23 - that sounds like you've got the correct files. Could you have a look inside the gubbins GFF file and check that it did indeed find recombination blocks...

I'm not familiar with "micro recombination" - @simonrharris what's going on here?

If this is the case, we should make the blocks some min number of pixels. I think someone else mentioned this a while ago.

Hi @ivaatanas - i'm guessing that the file is just too large to be handled by the code we use to construct the SVG. Perhaps @simonrharris can solve this, but...

it is mentioned, in bold, near the top of the about page but we can put a button somewhere too

yeah i think that would be a good solution. I'm not sure if the boxes are trimmed or there are white lines drawn
