Add Support for ClickHouse

ClickHouse seems to have a PostgreSQL compatible interface, but according to a customer report it is not compatible with Postico.

Judging by the error message, it sounds like ClickHouse doesn't support the "SHOW ALL" command that Postico executes after connecting to the server.

Might be worth it to just fall back to default settings if that query fails.

If you are working on this: I'm currently evaluating ClickHouse for my tech-stack and could do some testing. Would love to use Postico as a client for ClickHouse obviously.

Would be nice to have a CH in postico. The dbveaver is too clumsy to use
