Improve compass app

• [x] Improve calibration to let the app tell the user when calibration is done
• [x] Store calibration data in flash
• [x] Add an option to trigger a new calibration (i. e. a button)
• [x] Currently compass app does not work unless the watch is put flat. This can be solved by using an algorithm that compensates for the tilt of the watch.
• [x] Build in accelerator compensation
• [ ] Adjust so N points to North
• [ ] New/Improve UI
