support 'bare' mode for coffeescript compiler

-b, --bare Compile the JavaScript without the top-level function safety wrapper.

I'm currently really short on time to work on brew, if you don't want to wait for me to get around to it, I'd be happy to accept pull requests for something like adding arbitrary arguments for coffeescript via the pom.xml.
