Add support for submodules

It should be able to notice when in a submodule and pull up the repo for that submodule. Either that or expand submodules and allow you to commit to them too.

I have a structure like this:

repo1/

• repo2_submodule

My project root is repo2_submodule but git-control only works with repo1 for some reason. Can't do anything with repo2_submodule.
