add a secondary nav bar that lets users open up an app store in the future and other more expansive offerings redesign the auth portal to separate the logic of sign in, oauth, advanced service management, and settings management.

write a brand new authenticator v2, with separated logic for : - sign in - easy-oauth - services - settings - app store [with homepage stats] email verification forgot pass beta code admin management pane

there will be no more home page, the auth v2 portal will be an all in one authenticator, home page, everything.
