Cannot serve endpoints in Windows

the following screenshot should be more helpful, than a bunch of description lines:

That is, the add command seems that is not properly implemented for Windows OS, as it generates an erroneous folder name for the get:

I tried getting into this, but as long as #16 persists, this is not feasible.
