This is likely an issue with the Camera2 API and should have been fixed in one of the last commits. Could you compile and try the most recent version?

Unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce this error on the devices that are available to me at the moment. Could you try manually setting the variable useCamera2API at https://github.com/j05t/identify-dog-breeds-pro/blob/b4f265e16a6d0c21814c894ed593a7c1d287d4f5/src/com/jstappdev/identify_dog_breeds_pro/CameraActivity.java#L635 to false?
