Figure out how to handle the documentation

We need to add the documentation to this, from what I can see we'll have to deprecate the current repository and just move everything about the documentation here.

I'll try to see if we can use the current repo as a submodule but I don't think it's possible since I think more is needed that just the markdown files.

Need more testings.
