Docker discovery

I would like features similar to Traefik, where a connection is made to the Docker (or Podman) socket, which is then used to discover backends.

That's a great idea. I'll need someone from the community to contribute that feature since I have implemented my primary use case via kubernetes and don't have time to implement the Docker socket/event approach.
