get: exclude configured domains with message specific to each

Some users have been inadvertently abusing Modrinth's CDN by enabling the "remove old mods" feature but also listing a Modrinth URL in the MODS list.

It would be nice to allow an option that maps an excluded domain to a message to include in error.
