curseforge: add support for qualifying exclude/includes by at least file ID

Alright, was doing it for Cryptopolis now. You mentioned SimpleStorageNetwork. Unfortunately this is an essential mod in this pack. I did some research and the server_data archive contains a different version for the simple reason that the latest isn't compatible with server (open PR).

How would I go from here now? I can exclude it but would miss out on this mod which is needed because it takes a while in this pack to get to i.e. a ME System.

You can include/exclude complete project slugs/ids. Could this be expanded to also include/exclude specific versions of a mod? So same as for a modpack, a filename matcher or file_id?

We are back to the point why server_packs are necessary and good in some cases, hehe :-)

Oh, C&P = copy and paste

EDIT: This also means blindly disabling all mods (also via your list) with errors is the wrong approach because they might be needed for a modpack.

EDIT2: atm7 sky complains about createdeco and createaddition (which I also would not disable or you miss out on stuff, contained in the server pack, version match)
