Describe the enhancement

After stopping the server, the container could delete downloaded server files for saving space when the server is not being used, when an env variable is set.

And then it would redownload everything at next startup?

What broader problem are you wanting solved? Running on small drives?

Yes, it would then redownload on the next start. And yes exactly this problem. I have a lot of different servers that are most of the time shutdown. So it would help making free a bit of storage on all of these servers.
