Describe the enhancement

It'd be nice to be able to run some system commands when the server has started or is shutting down. For example sending a message on a discord webhook without having to install a mod.

That's an interesting idea. It would also need an enhancement on https://github.com/itzg/mc-server-runner especially to handle the shutdown.

My only concern is that I wouldn't want to make any guarantees about what is available to run other than bash and mc-image-helper.
