Play from IOS / Android Devices with the actual stable version

Hi,

the IOS and android version are often change the versions in the app stores. It it with this minecraft docker possible, that i can use the actual version like the versions on the stores.

Now, i use another docker version. Here is the problem, that it isnt actual. I can't play with the server, because it is not the same version on the stores.

Just restart the container to pick up the latest or can always set VERSION to exactly what you need.
