Azure Containers

Id like to tell that the server is working amazingly on azure containers, super fast and easy to manage once you get it running. being said that, It was a little hard to make it happen because of the portal limitations and there is a lot of documentation I had to read first, the examples here don't work for azure, I have one I use I can provide. It would be helpful for someone to find it here.

That would be great if you could contribute an example of the deployment. If you want to PR that, the examples directory would work well. Feel free to create a subdirectory if needed.
