• Write documentation how to run a demo program on win10, mac and linux

basic example done, there should be no platform differences, although debugs for zig compilation on win10 and mac are in WIP. (windows has not really worked yet ever and mac seems to require libc binding, which was automatic in the past).

I was hoping to use this on win10. That's disappointing.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to set up ci for elixir windows (ironic since github is MS), so it's very difficult to make time to debug this and have assurances right now.
