Stunt to get youtube views

Open chadr opened this issue 6 months ago • 8 comments

A year later and no updates. Released and immediately dead.

This was obvious a stunt to make a viral youtube video. The video part was successful.

It’s released, use it or don’t, I don’t see a problem here?

You could absolutely be THE ONE who could contribute back to the project, that's why it is opensource. lol...

There isn't anything to update if it works good enough.

Also creating and maintaining such a project is not an easy task, old technology is annoying.

It seems that he did commit one change. I don't know Will he update this activly. Time Will tell

This has seen updates since the video's creation, I'd suggest looking back through the commits before you unreasonably diss a project as big as this

Imagine the entitlement one must have to call a finished project a "stunt," despite it being open source and wasn't something the maintainer needed to make available in the first place.

Really makes someone wonder why the fuck even bother.

He did recently commit, but added a license file in The commit
