Preserve modification date option for uploads not supported

There is an option to preserve modification date on uploads Edit -> Preferences -> transfers -> Timestamps

It does not work on my version of cyberduck, which is 4.9 on windows 8.1. iRODS version 4.1.8

copied files acquire the date that they were copied.

I'm also having this issue, but I'm using version 8.3.3 (37544)
