Agent: Settings reset hangs

When installing the iSpy Agent for the first time on a newly installed Windows 10 system with the reset settings option enabled, a terminal will open above the setup GUI with hanging settings reset step. The setup will proceed/finish only when quit (Ctrl+c) that terminal window.
