CUDA out of memory

Since yesterday, I can't inpaint anymore, because of CUDA out of memory. The strange part is, I had worked for about two hours before without any problems. After a break, COOM came up. Today, tried with a fresh started PC, nothing else running but PS and WebUI and COOM came up.

Any hints or updates on that?
