Unwrapping configuration updates and simplifications

Right now, the unwrapping code setup is scattered due to the slow addition of isce3, then tophu, then snaphu py.

• [x] We need to cut out the other isce3.snaphu and tophu.snaphu options in favor of snaphu py (closed by #225 )
• [ ] We should somehow make a Pre and PostProcess setup classes so we can run through various tests of preprocess phase / coherence -> core unwrapping -> post process and clean up
